Additional information about rental rates

• In comparing rents please note there are NO EXTRA CHARGES. Linen, pool towels, firewood, bottled gas for BBQ and heating are all included. The salt water pool is a heated pool. Bicycles are provided with our compliments as well.

• Rentals are secured upon receipt of a signed rental agreement and payment via EFT of a 25% deposit of the rental fee.
  The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of the rental together with a refundable damage deposit of 100 Euros. Damage deposit refunded within 28 days of departure. Deductions may be made for damages, missing items, and extra cleaning costs.
  
  Payment in Euros via Bank Electronic Funds Transfer is our preferred method of payment.
  Payment may be negotiated in Sterling, by Credit Card or Pay Pal or Wire and are subject to applicable fees.
